CHAZ Publishing is the home for every book I write — and soon, for a lot of other writers too.
It started simple: I had things to say, and I wanted full ownership over how they got said. Three books are releasing this year across three completely different lanes, because the human behind them refuses to be put in a box.
Here's what's coming.

FIX IT Business | Chuck Jackson | No Bullshit Blueprint Series
Every broken organization looks different on the outside. On the inside, they're breaking for the same reasons.
FIX IT is a no-nonsense field guide for leaders, operators, and owners who are tired of frameworks that sound smart in a conference room and fall apart in real life. Built on the Chaos to Clarity Method I developed over 20+ years in customer-service-based industries and the operational experience it afforded me, this is the book I wish somebody had handed me the first time I walked into an operational disaster and had to untangle it.
No theory. No fluff. Just diagnose, prioritize, and go.

Catch 22: She Found Me Memoir | Chuck Jackson
Before the marriage, the kids, the pets, the career, and the quiet life, there was the online dating years. Which, if they didn't exist I wouldn't have the life I do today.
Catch 22: She Found Me is an honest, occasionally painful, often funny memoir about what it's actually like to look for love in the age of swipes, profiles, and performative connection. It's about the women I pursued, the ones who chased me, and the one who finally found me when I had almost stopped looking.
This one was hard to write. That's how I knew I had to.

Feral Hearts: Awakening Fantasy Fiction | C.A. Jackson | Book 1 of the Feral Hearts Series
In a New York City most people will never see, magic practitioners bond with magical animals through a thread of magic older than language itself.
Maya Santos just found out she is one. She also just found out her whole life has been a lie, her family ended, and the animals curled up in her apartment weren't exactly what they appeared to be.
Feral Hearts: Awakening is the first book in an adult fantasy series about power, loss, love, loyalty, and the price of remembering who you really are. It is also, for the record, the book nobody expected the operations guy to write.
What's Next: Opening the Doors
CHAZ Publishing was built for me. Starting in 2028, it's opening for everyone else.
Independent authors today are asked to be a whole team at once: writer, editor, designer, marketer, publicist, distributor, accountant, and therapist. Most of them are phenomenal at one or two of those things. The rest is what kills the book.
We're changing that.
CHAZ Publishing: Author Services Division will launch in 2028 as a hybrid model: operating with the structure, quality control, and production standards of a traditional publishing house, but built specifically to serve authors who want to stay close to their work without being crushed by everything that comes with it.
We won't take every book. We'll take the right ones.
How We'll Find Them:
Instead of gatekeeping through query letters and industry connections, we'll crowdsource discovery. Anyone, readers, writing groups, editors, beta readers, booksellers, or fellow authors, will be able to refer talent our way. When a referred author signs with us, the person who sent them gets rewarded.
Real talent comes from everywhere. We want the people who know where to look to have skin in the game.
What That Means:
- Serious writers get a real publishing home without losing their voice or their rights to a corporate machine
- Readers and scouts get rewarded for championing the writers they believe in
- The industry gets a model that actually values the people who spot talent before anyone else does
More details coming as we approach launch. If you're a writer, a scout, or just somebody who likes the sound of this, stay close.
