Why focus on middle management & supervision?
Most companies as they are growing see a high performer, put them in a supervisory role, and nothing changes. Why? Because it’s a different type of function. Instead of delivering the results, they now are a coach getting results. That is a different skillset, that in most modern countries, goes untaught.
How can CHAZ assist making our supervisors the best?
This is a classic: It’s an easier-to-say-than-do topic. We really get in there, roll up our sleeves, say some hard things and put them through exercises so they are prepared the next time something comes up. All it takes is time and effort – two things commonly ignored after placing the person in their new role.
Why focus on executives also?
Because Executive types have strategic, forward moving objectives and CANNOT be caught in daily minutae, hence being emotionally intelligent enough to be able to trust their teams and keep the boat moving.
Why would I need this?
Maybe you don’t. Some businesses just get it, but in our experience, most don’t and could benefit from some outside professional help.
What about a one-time engagement?
The three most common single-day engagements, all asked for to be in person at your company property or off-site at a conference room somewhere are: Executive Communication Intensive, Broad or Narrow Strategy Session, and finally, your good old standard team building (getting on the same page).
For these engagements, we charge a flat $15,000 plus travel expenses for 2-3 of our team members. Travel expenses include airfare, rental vehicle (one), and lodging/hotel (up to 3 rooms or a suite depending on availability. Simple really.
All single engagements will include a pre-approval of topic(s) by your team to ensure we cover everything in that one day.
How long does it take?
Our approach to learning is one of repetition and focus.
Could we teach a single topic in a single session and get results? Yes.
But it is not the most effective. Therefore our preferred methods outside of a single dedicated, single-topic event for groups is to place your staff in a 6-month program with a cohort of similar professionals in other industries.
How much does this cost?
Full transparency:
For the Supervisor program $17,500 for 6 months.
For the Executive program $22,250 for 6 months.
**We do offer group discounts of 25% per person if you enroll two or more people.
**We also offer additional discounts of 25% for any returning students or companies (meaning if a company sends more people, they get an additional 25% discount).
All discounts are stacking because we know the value of having multiple people from one company in a cohort.

For those worried about pricing: we work within existing budgets and sometimes that means only delivering some parts of a service package – we don’t want to hurt your bottom line, we want to help it. We also believe strongly against the old consulting model of engagement. We work with an eye on making sure you don’t have to come back to us to fix something we broke.
